Alternative B: experienced PABX technicians with installations, planning of rollouts for traditional telephony, different server software installations, MS Office knowledge  or equivalent (usage, installation and troubleshooting), practical experience in subjects like ISDN, PABX networking, WAN access, least cost routing, provider selection, cabling. The employees are technicians and interested in technology and new  subjects.

 

This may lead to following knowledge requirements:

Deepen knowledge about networks, preparation to product specific trainings, recapitulate important terms for qualified talks to customers / users / teamplayers,  to identify technological developments to help customers / teamplayers.
